A double bedroom located in the vibrant East London town of Chingford. The flat is in the process of being decorated and furnished hence the lack of photos but please contact me and I will be more than willing to show you around before hand. I would like to start renting it out in August ideally when all is complete !
10 mins walk to Chingford Station – 27 mins to Liverpool Street, aka you can oversleep and still make it to work (probably). Lidl, Tesco Express, Co-op all within walking distance with numerous coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants on the high street 5 mins walk away.
You will have access to the main bathroom which will largely be used by you only, a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi and bills all included in the price.

I am a 26 year old male who works as a Construction Consultant in London. I tend to work from home 1/2 days a week. I like to gym, hike and also am partial to a good night out.
I have a fun group of christian friends that I am sure if willing you would get on well with. It is just me in the flat and I do own it, but would love for someone to live with.
