We have a delightful space which consists of two large rooms currently being used as a bedroom and living room but can be converted easily to 2 bedrooms. The space would a married couple or two people who know each other. My daughter who is 23 years old and works as a Teaching Assistant in a school lives in the second bedroom and doesn’t access the living room. This is exclusively for the tenant/s.
