I am buying, and moving into, a 3 bedroom house in Old Swan, Liverpool (L13) and looking for 2 lodgers to move in July 2025.

There are two double bedrooms on offer. The house is very spacious with large kitchen, two downstairs reception rooms and two bathrooms.

I am moving into the house unfurnished so will be picking up furniture over the course of the first month, as well as doing a bit of painting and work. I can offer reduced rent for the first month if you want to lend a hand!
If you are in a form of Church / Christian ministry and are receiving reduced salary (internship etc.) I would be happy to negotiate a discounted rent on the basis of supporting your ministry. All this we would decide in an informal interview.

The larger of the two double bedrooms would be £450pcm including bills and third bedroom would be £400pcm bills included.

I am in the process, and very near completion, in purchasing this property and am looking for a couple of lodgers.

I have just turned 30. Work for the Salvation Army in digital mission and also attend a local Salvation Army Church. I have worked in Christian Ministry for over 10 years as a worship leader at a church called Kingsgate in Peterborough and then for 4 years as a youth pastor at a church in East London called SAINT (saint.church).

I am a social person and enjoy community in the house, sharing the odd meal together and having friends round. While at the same time, enjoying personal space and having a peaceful environment for when work at home is required.

I'm looking for lodgers who will be respectful to the house, treat it as a home they would want to welcome others into, those who are Christian not only in name but also in character and individuals who will take responsibility for themselves and the home. Alongside that, hopefully people who are good fun, don't take themselves too seriously and are generous hearted!
