I am advertising 2 bedrooms in my house which is currently empty and for sale. The market has gone very quiet, so I have decided to rent out a couple of rooms rather than leave the house empty. This means potential tenants need to understand that an Estate Agent may need to show the house to potential buyers on occasions, and that this isn't going to be a long-term stay. However, it usually takes at least 4 months for a sale to go through, so you would have at least that long!
This room is at the front of the house, overlooking a main road with fields and ponies on the the other side. West-facing, so gets the evening sun. There is a large wardrobe with drawers. I can provide a bedside table and comfy chair, but you would need to bring a bed. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, which you may end up having to yourself. ( the other room being advertised has an en-suite)
The lounge has sofa and TV. Large kitchen diner has range cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine, but no longer has table & chairs or utensils.
The house has 4 bedroom, but I will only rent out 1 of them. I will occasionally stay overnight myself.
1 mile from Feltham Station, with trains into Waterloo. 5 minutes walk to bus stop for trains there or to Hatton Cross Tube. 1 miles from nearest large supermarket.
Small sunny garden. Free parking.
