Double bedroom with a washbasin and view overlooking the garden. The room and house is spacious. It's a fairly quiet road, just off a main road with buses going to Streatham and Brixton. Lidl is a 6 minute walk away. Cycle storage is in the garage. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area and the patio doors open onto a large garden. The toilet and bathroom are shared. Parking is free. The local trains go to Victoria, Clapham Junction or London Bridge. The nearest station is Norbury - just a 10 min walk or Streatham (25 min walk or 10 min bus journey). You can pick up a Thameslink Train in Streatham. Alternatively, you could catch the tube from Balham or Brixton (30 min on the bus).

Sharing with the home owner who works for an education charity. The owner is a Sunday School teacher and enjoys gentle exercise and cooking healthy food. She sometimes plays the piano or guitar, otherwise it's a fairly quiet house. There is one other lodger returning from May - an architect in her early 20s. As there is one cat, the property is not suited to anyone with a cat allergy.
