Brilliantly located flat in the heart of Cheadle village, amongst a range of eateries and cofeee shops. Brilliantly located in terms of transport -regular buses, 7 minute drive to Didsbury, 5 mins to the a34 and M60,ten minute drive to Trafford centre. Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire Easet all within raft reach of the flat.
All bills included. Looking for preferably female Christian’s to share with who don’t work at home, or maybe just one or two days a week. I attend the message community church in sharston which is a 6 min drive away from the flat.
One room is 600 all in, and the other is 550 all in,
Deposits are same amount as the monthly rent.
My third bedroom has an en-suite so you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person if both rooms were occupied, so no queuing for the shower in the morning!

Hi, I’m Rosie , I’m a single Christian woman who recently purchased the flat in Aug 2023 and I’m looking for two female Christian lodgers to share with.
I’m an easy going person and my schedule means I have a mixture of being both in and out of the flat on a 50/50 basis.
Im into the arts, friendly and chatty, but equally more than happy not to chat loads and very much do my own thing. I think I have a very balanced, easy going approach to dynamics. If I’m in then I’m happy to be social,but equally perfectly fine with being relatively separate.
The flat will be ready for viewings from 7th December and ready to move in then. If you move in before Christmas, you are fine to spend the day here as I will be out.
