Situated on the charming Osney Island, the house is 6 mins walk to train station (for commute to London or elsewhere), 6 mins walk to Said Business School, 13 mins to coach station. 15 mins walking distance to centre of oxford. Two great pubs on the Island. Fairly close to a large Waitrose, an Aldi and a small Sainsbury's supermarket. A scenic walk along the Thames to Osney lock is particularly recommended.

A spacious single bedroom with large worktop and good clothes storage with en-suite shower, basin and toilet.

Use of fully-equiped kitchen and patio garden.

Young professionals or mature students over 26 preferred. Would ideally suit sociable professional, recently graduated student or else masters student with access to office or college facilities.

Would probably not suit someone with a huge amount of personal effects, or who would need to spend most of their time in the property.

I love good conversations round the kitchen table and a peaceful atmosphere, so there is no TV and the property does not have a TV licence

Option on resident car parking permit. Easy on-road outside parking for bikes.

More about the household:

Two other housemates. Both members of household attend churches in Oxford. St Michaels Northgate and the Oratory.

We are tidy and working/studying out of the house most of the time, and would like a housemate (male or female) who is in a similar position. We tend not to have house meals but aim to do a proper house social once every few weeks. Good cooks and keen gardeners particularly welcome!
