We‘re looking for a fourth female to join our friendly and peaceful home in Canada Water.
The house is three-floor property with four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared lounge, large kitchen and garden. The room is furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, desk and has a spacious built in wardrobe.
Canada Water station (Zone 2 - Jubilee line and Overground) is around a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away which is well served by bus routes into central and south London. And for those who prefer two wheels, the cycleway is pretty much on our doorstep.
It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beautiful Southwark Park and 10 minutes to walk to a large Tesco superstore. Locally there is a cinema, bowling alley, 3 leisure centres(!), several shops and lovely restaurants all within a 10-15 minute walk.

The house has a warm, friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor space is kept tidy, minimalist and clutter-free to ensure a calm and relaxing environment to spend time in. All housemates are very independent and busy with their day-to-day lives. Our interests include running, reading, hiking, movies, cycling and baking (yum, yum!) The room has become available due to one of our current housemates moving overseas.
If you are interested in the room and think you will be a good fit, please get in touch telling us a bit about yourself. The exact date that the room will be available is still TBC, however we expect this to be 1st November 2023.
