This lovely central heated modernised house is situated on a quiet street within one minute walk to the bus stop, 5 mins walk to shops,15 mins walk to the Met Office and 10 mins walk to the train station. ( 5 mins drive to M5.)
Plenty of car parking space on the street .
The double room is recently decorated and has a desk and chair, large chest of drawers, bed & wardrobe. Plus extra storage in the wall cupboard. Plus a TV.
The house has a separate dining area & large cosy lounge room. Plus large bathroom & kitchen.
Also a Lovely large south facing back garden and shed for storing a bike. (Also back entrance to garden)
There are 3 bedrooms & one is occupied by the owner who is a female Christian. The other room is also occupied by a professional Christian male. (I am hardly there so it would be like living with one other person)
It would suit someone who likes a happy atmosphere and who is a committed Christian. Male or female.

The house is occupied by another friendly professional Christian male.
