Hi I'm looking for a house share/ spare room in the Watford-ish area. I've lived in the Watford area for about 4 years now, currently living with one of my old housemates who got married and now have a child on the way (due in May) which is why I've decided to leave my current lodgings. Absolutely gutted as its such a happy home with easy parking, a garden and is close to the station to get into London. Really hoping to find something similar in either Watford, St Albans or anywhere within a 30min drive to Leavesdon Studios. If you think you might have something of interest then I'd love to get in touch. My budget is £600-£750.
