More about the accommodation:

We have a lovely family home - peaceful, friendly, comfortable and warm, with a very well equipped large communal kitchen dining room. It's a very relaxed and friendly household. The household is me: an audio producer and trainee Licensed Lay Reader, Patric a graduate fast-track civil servant in his twenties who's keen on mountain biking, hill walking and cooking and Hyojin a postgraduate Korean young woman. In the holidays my zoologist student daughter visits from Cornwall. We have an Irish terrier bitch Freya.

The room has a single bed and huge draws underneath and lots of hooks for hanging clothes on the wall. There is a new oak folding desk shown up with a chair.

There's a big garden for london, with two patios. A great place to relax in the sun when it comes!

We are near a large Sainsburys, and a cycle ride from East Dulwich shops, and a 20 minute cycle to London Bridge

At the top of our hill is a park that looks over the whole of London, with a great cafe and community centre.

More about the household:

I am Claire, and I live with my son Patric (a civil servant fast tracker) and a lodger (also in her 20s) who worships at All Souls Langham Place. I am on the prayer ministry team at All Saints Peckham, and teach in Sunday School. I'm also a server at Southwark Cathedral. I'm keen on theatre, music, rowing, cold water swimming, sailing and the wild outdoors. Patric is more into extreme sports - mountain biking, diving and mountaineering. At home we all like cooking (we have a wonderfully equipped kitchen), reading and films.

The room is a single room at the top of the house and is cosy and quiet. We are ideally situated for Goldsmiths - and have brilliant access into town. I'm training at St Augustine's college for lay ministry.
