The house is in a quiet, friendly village, that is on the doorstep of beautiful countryside and plenty of walks, straight from the door.
The room is spacious with plenty of storage (wardrobe, shelving units and underbed storage box). Included in the room is a fold up heated airer, so perfect for drying clothes and towels in the winter. The garden is secluded with a patio and chairs. The sitting room and 'dining room ' (eating area) are one long room but divided with furniture. The kitchen has all the usual appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, tall fridge/freezer .There is a bus stop 5 mins walk away on the A24 taking you to Dorking or Horsham and a train station at Beare Green, about 20mins walk away. Ideally you need a car to live here for more independence. Dorking has a Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsburys, coffee shops, Fat Face, Mountain Warehouse, Robert Dyas, Boots, The Works etc...Crawley is 25mins away with bigger outlets and Guildford is about 30 mins away with more shops. Blue Water is 1hr away. You can get to London in 50 mins/1hr from Dorking train station.

I am 59, with 2 grown children who moved out fairly recently. I work part time (out of the house) and realy enjoy the peace and quiet of this village on my days off, after all the years of a busy family home! I go to church each Sunday in Guildford and to home group on a Friday evening but my faith in God is everything to me, it's my life! . I am very friendly, down to earth, sociable and chatty but also like my own space to relax. I get up about 6.30am on work days and usually am in bed by 9.30pm/10pm most nights.I generally cook all my own meals and so like using the kitchen on days off, but not excessively as I want time to do other things too! I like to use natural cleaning and laundry products as much as possible.. I love going for walks in this area. I love animals, birds, nature. I used to have a cat which we adored but don't want any pets at the moment. I don't have many visitors at all so the house is quiet. I meet with friends for walks usually.
