We are a married professional couple in our 50s who live in a spacious four-bedroom house over three floors in a peaceful residential area of Leigh-on-Sea. A lady of the house is a psychotherapist who works mainly from home, mostly online but occasionally with clients in person. Her husband is a graphic designer who works in an office and stays away overnight for 1–2 nights a week for work.

We enjoy a calm, friendly home environment and a fairly simple lifestyle. We try to eat healthily and are happy for someone to prepare their own meals, taking turns to use the kitchen.

We have a lovely small garden and a conservatory to relax in, as well as a friendly dog and a cat. We would like to find a considerate, respectful person who appreciates a peaceful home. Our Christian faith is important to us, and we would be particularly pleased to share our home with someone who shares or respects our faith. We go to church on Sundays and attend home groups most weeks.

The available bedroom is on the upper floor, offering a degree of privacy, as it is separated from the rest of the house and has access to a separate bathroom. The house is also conveniently located for local shops and amenities.
