This lovely two-bedroom flat is located in a very peaceful and quiet residential area, making it ideal for guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The flat has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is fully furnished and ready to move into. Everything you may need for your stay is already provided, including beds and duvets, wardrobes, kitchenware, dishes and utensils, a washing machine, bread maker, coffee-making facilities and other everyday essentials. There is no dishwasher.
One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful garden view. Guests are also welcome to use and enjoy the garden during their stay.
As this is a particularly quiet residential area, we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours at all times. Parties, events, large gatherings and loud social gatherings are strictly not permitted. Excessive noise, loud music or any activity that may disturb the neighbours is not allowed.
