An EARLIER MOVE-IN IS AVAILABLE if needed (from October). New build high quality flat. Close to Cardiff, only 8 minutes away from the train and bus station. The rent is negotiable if needed. The living room will be furnished, but the room will be unfurnished. A 12-month contract is needed, but can move out earlier if we find a replacement.
View of the castle from the house, right next to the town centre. Parking is difficult but relatively consistent, with spaces within a 15-minute walk. High security, with front door to the building, then keys to flat. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. Very responsive landlord, with a tenants' group chat. Low noise pollution, with nearly soundproof windows. Very good shower!

Advert posted by tenant who will also be living there. 23 year old male, working full-time in Christian ministry for Club 707 (local charity doing kids and youth work within schools). Welsh speaker, moved down to Caerphilly 5 months ago. Extroverted, used to keeping house clean, not fussy regarding what or when you cook. Happy to have you inviting friends over, personally tend to visit others over hosting, but will always ask for permission to host. Close friends (previous tenants) 3 minutes away who are happy to assist with any difficulties.
