Small single room in fully furnished 3 bedroom house. Room includes bed, wardrobe, and a small chest of drawers.
Kitchen: Washing machine, no dishwasher and it's most important feature is the graffiti wall. Bathroom: Small but perfectly formed, shower with decent water pressure :) Lounge: Big sofa and small extendable dining table which can at squeeze seat eight. 5 mins walk from Morden centre, Tube, 93, 164, 80 and other bus stops.
The shops include Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland, Superdrug, Boots and Metronome; a great independent coffee shop. Also a library and swimming pool/leisure centre

12 mins walk from Thameslink
Morden Hall Park and river Wandle is less than 10 mins walk away if you like pretty green spaces.

Two friendly, professionals. One graphic designer and one working in the charity sector. We enjoy having friends round for dinner, music, gigs, worship, still the occasional bit of clubbing, art, drawing, lake swimming, Spurs, Glastonbury, 24-7 Prayer and Davids Tent.
Any chance your looking for a half marathon challenge?! March 2027 Run South London start and finishes in Morden and yes one has been dumb enough to enter.
A church life group meets once a fortnight in the front room.
