The house is walking distance to Sainsbury’s (10 mins) and to the bus stop to Cambridge (15mins). There is a domino’s and a post office less than 5 min walk away. The centre of Haverhill is about a 35 min walk away.The house is on the Cambridge side of Haverhil and is about 20 years old, it has a small kitchen, a downstairs lounge and back garden. The room has a single bed and a chest of drawers and catches the morning sun. It is a nice quiet area and looking for a quiet housemate. No pets. To keep communal areas tidy. No cooking of fish. No loud telephone conversations/music after 9pm or before 8am. Well come to look around.
