A large room is offered in a house shared with the owner .There is a large shared kitchen-dinner with a sitting area, a shared bathroom and separate downstairs toilet.
The house is located in a quiet road in Chessington with bus stops 5 mins walk away that take you to Kingston every 10 minutes or Epsom every hour. It is 10 to 15 minutes walk to Chessington North Station where trains run every hour into Wimbledon and central London. You can get into Waterloo within 25 minutes . There are a number of churches in the area including Chessington Evangelical Church at the Kings Center.
I am located on the edge of the Horton Country Park which is excellent for walks and cycle paths.

The house is occupied by the single female owner who is a Registered Nurse, working as a self employed trainer.
I enjoy watching TV , going to the gym and enjoy entertaining church friends . I also enjoy my own space so have a separate lounge which can be used by tenants when I'm away . I enjoy gardening and there is a good size garden for a lodgers use.
I provide a dog sitting service so occasionally have a dog staying so any lodger will need to comfortable with dogs.
