You would be joining 2 British professionals. The live-in landlord is 47, a statistician, and enjoys board games, baking, going to the theatre, disc golf and singing in a choir. The other is mid-30s, an accountant, enjoys playing tennis and watching rom coms.

Both are sociable and occasionally host.

Cooking is individual, but equipment is communal.

Both attend Trinity West church and serve in various ways. It is a small evangelical church with a strong community (largely local).

Pets are not permitted by the lease.
