The 4 bed terraced house is situated on a quiet street by a beautiful park & very close to; main bus route to city, shops, restaurants, cafes, doctors practice. Available from 1 Sept 2026 (possible before/ after then if needs be- can discuss)

HOUSE
Upstairs: 4 beds & 1 shared bath/shower room. (1 v large double & 2 small single rooms available (though prefer to keep one spare for visitors))
Downstairs: 1 v large open plan sitting diner kitchen for communal use. Outdoor yard space with garden furniture, plants etc (1 lounge I generally use myself except if socialising)

You can use my kitchen utensils and fully furnished with bed cupboards drawers etc. bring your own bedding
Space to store bike if needed.

~ 100m from a lovely park with lake & cafe
Close by other parks & lots of nice places to walk & spend time.
Minutes from lots of restaurants & carry outs on Smithdown Road but situated apart from them.
1mile drive / 15mins walk from main Liverpool Sports n Aquatics centre

V close to (4mins walk from) regular & main bus route to city centre & universities
Cycling distance to city centre

GENERAL
Looking for an independently able lodger who tidies up after themselves, is willing to take a turn in shared cleaning of communal rooms & who will take care of the fabric of their own room.
Consideration for others eg no smoking or loud living late into the nighttime and leave rooms after showering/ cooking n leaving things as you found them.
I’m looking for a church attending, female Christian, someone independently able so neither looking for a dependant or wanting. Someone who has a purpose, eg here to study or work & happy to lead their own life not seeing others in the house as people obliged to spend lots of time with them. However it’s nice, but not obligatory, to get together once a week to share a meal, pray together and catch up

One ginger cat who is shy & gentle

I have people who come to the house to visit regularly from church and neighbours and friends but generally use the lounge for that so it won’t inconvenience lodgers.
I like to host meals once or twice a week.

House is pretty quiet which I like but welcoming of visitors.

Lodgers welcome to entertain too as long as it doesn’t inconvenience others.

I swim almost daily and take regular walks

I’m British and Australian
I’ve mostly had post graduate students at the universities or LSTM. OR church interns or graduate professionals as lodgers. And from different nationalities

I’m single, young at heart interested in missions & evangelism but enjoy my home also as a place of quiet rest and relaxation,

I have worked as a Geologist and in Christian ministry. Recently I worked at our church but due to a back injury am currently not working.
