A lovely double room (fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers) with a lovely outlook in a peaceful neighbourhood. Well equipped, clean, tidy and spacious home with shared open plan living area and kitchen, front and back garden, and two shared bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. Comberton is a peaceful village with easy access by car or bike to Cambridge (5-6 miles, off road cycle path). Ample on street parking for free. Garage space for bike. There is a bus to Cambridge. Single female home owner in her 50s. Occupation teacher, so busy in term time. This would suit someone wanting accommodation for a few months to a year. I would also be open to a Monday to Friday only arrangement with rent negotiable. Informal contract. Flexible term, with one month's notice. I am a committed Christian and attend a church in North Cambridge.
