Hi,
My fiance and I have recently bought the flat and I have moved in. We will be renting out the second double bedroom until I get married and my fiance moves in.
I am looking for a male flat mate - preferably a working age individual. I enjoy being active, cooking and spending time with friends. I am looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate.

Other bills - roughly £50

Parking is free and private residents only - safe and off the street. Excellent links to transport at Partick station (train and subway). Great shops and stores around, great social life around the West End.
As you can see in the pictures, I am still busy furnishing the living room but I have everything ordered - just waiting on delivery.
