We are looking for a lodger for our 1 very large, bright, furnished double bedroom on the top floor of our family home with windows facing East and West - lots of natural light.
Accommodation will include use of shared bathroom as well as an additional toilet on the ground floor, access to kitchen, two spacious lounge areas and access to an outside garden with water feature.
We are 5 mins walk to West Ham Park, 10 mins to Queen Elizabeth line at Forest Gate, frequent buses from Romford Road- all going via Stratford Station.
5 Mins walk to shops on Woodgrange Road including: Lidl, Iceland, Teso & Co-Op as well as many take away and coffee shops & a bus ride away to Westfield shopping centre.
We also are 5 minutes from a local leisure centre that has gym, aerobics classes and a swimming pool.

More about the household:
We are a family made up of two Christians and two non-Christians and a cat! We already have one international student lodger staying with us. My husband and I often work from home during the day with the other occupants out studying during the week. My husband enjoys a bit of DIY work and currently working on building our kitchen units over the weekends. I work for a church so very much involved with church life, including bible studies, 121s during the evenings and Sundays. We are orginally from South Africa, friendly, easy going and straight talking. We don't mind a female or male lodger, any age that is happy to share life within a family unit. We live on a quiet street, home life is relaxed and peaceful during the week and weekends (most noise is from a bit of DIY).
