I have a large sized bedroom to offer with plenty of cupboard space, furnished with a double bed and several more bits of furniture, including a sliding mirrored cupboard, a chest of drawers and a taller set of drawers.
I am right next to Acton Town station so right on the Piccadilly and District line and a 20 walk from the Lizzy line, so extremely convenient for most places in London.
There is a secure place for bikes under the flat with the parking spaces but I don't have a parking space.
I have a lovely balcony with out door seating where the sunsets can be viewed.
Bill are around £70 and Council Tax is £102. Plus water which is paid every half year.

I am a committed Christian, part of a solid Scripture based church and looking for a godly brother to encourage each other in life. I do ask that you are working, no students please. I don't really mind what age you are.
I love a social household and want to cook together, and generally help each other out where we can.
I am also fully open to adjusting tenancy length and discussing what works best for you.
...and I take sleep and quiet seriously and keep the flat very clean and tidy!
