More about the accommodation:
We are a small family looking to let out our much-loved three bedroom home in Combe Down for the year from September 2026 (with possibility of extension) while we are away.
House is an end terrace cottage with two large double bedrooms (one en-suite), a single bedroom, main bathroom, kitchen, separate dining room and living room, long garden with fruit trees.
Gas central heating, double glazing, furnished, on-street parking, close to No.2 bus to town and one of the U ones that go round to the university (but easy walking distance to both). Lockable alley (shared access with neighbours) where bikes and bins etc. can be stored.
We're planning to do some renovations/redecorating over the summer.
