This is a 15sq meter single bedroom in a friendly Christian household.
The room is newly furnished with a single bed, a table, fridge, air-fryer and hotplate.
The shared bathroom is a short flight of steps up from the room.
The path to the room is through the front door, the family kitchen dining area and up a short flight of steps.

Living at the address at the moment are :
- Remi and Hanta who have been married for forty years. Remi is half French and a retired police officer; Hanta is from Madagascar and is a retired chef. Both are in their early sixties;
- their granddaughter, who is a polite 16 year old;
- two other lodgers who both work in information technology, both Christian and very nice. One is Indian and the other Persian. Both in their late 20s.
- Joshua and Gloria live in a different and self-contained part of the address with their two young children Gloria is Italiain.
Joshua is Remi's son. He is a police officer and subject to government vetting so we would insist that whoever takes the room declare any convictions on application. This would not necessarily be a bar but openness and honesty are essential.
- there are also two cats and a medium sized dog (Malinois cross). The dog barks but does not bite. Together they keep the mice and burglars away, but beware of allergies.
Our home is usually quiet though there are occasional whole family meals, and there are times when we are absent for entire holidays.
We enjoy church life, family meals, music, holidays in France and intelligent conversations.
