Hello,
I am looking for a friendly female flatmate to rent out one double room in a 1 bedroom flat. I would take over the living room at night and you get the double bedroom to yourself. The living room would be shared during the day. At times you would also get the living room to yourself at night as I do go away a lot. It’s a cozy flat, I have a cat so it would be preferred if you love cats and are not allergic. I am looking for a working professional who enjoys music and movies, a non smoker as well.. The rent includes all bills, internet, tv channels and Amazon Prime. Great connections to tube, trains and busses. Nearest tube station is Arsenal. There is a large communal terrace where you can sun bathe in the summer, hardly anyone uses it, except me and my cat. Please get in touch if you are interested in viewing the room. I am very easy to live with and I like to keep the house clean and peaceful for my cat. Looking forward to hearing from you.
