The Loft room is a Self-Contained Studio Flat on a separate floor at the top of a large, detached house in New Malden. The room is freshly decorated with pale walls and pine laminate flooring.
The house is situated in a peaceful areas 10 mins walk from New Malden train station. It has a quick service and trains arrive at Waterloo within 20 mins. There are numerous buses nearby within 5-6 mins walk from the house. We have a garage available to store a bike should you have one.
It has an attractive and almost new en-suite bathroom. It includes a corner shower with sliding door, toilet, hand basin with a mirrored cabinet above. There is an extractor fan and plenty of light from the bathroom roof window.
The room has a kitchenette which includes two zone induction hob, Combination Microwave-grill-oven, kitchen sink with a drainer above and a good size fridge with freezer compartment.
The room is large and very spacious. There are three roof windows which allow a high quantity of natural light into the room. These windows are fitted with blackout thermal blinds to ensure good night’s sleep.
The room is centrally heated and has two large radiators.

My husband and I have been in the Vineyard Church for 32 years, we were also church planters for three years in the South of France. I speak fluent French and I play the piano.
My husband has his own business in the glass industry, and we have two grown up daughters who are 26 & 29 years old, living away from home.
We sometimes travel for short periods in which you will be the sole occupant. Therefore, we must insist on a responsible individual staying in the house.
We are humorous, relaxed with people and will give you a lot of privacy and space.
