The house is in a convenient location, about a ten-minute walk from Aldi and Sainsbury’s. The house itself is spacious with a large shared living room, two dining tables and a shared kitchen which has plenty of room for cooking and storage. The bathroom is shared between just two people. Outside, there is a small garden and patio area. The house also includes a separate utility and laundry room. This is a 4 bed house and the plan is to have 3 people and a spare room, but we’d be very open to having 4 people as well.

We are two female working professionals looking for a third housemate to join our home. One of us is a vet and the other works as a youth worker for a church, so we both have fairly busy schedules. We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, considerate, and easy to get along with—someone who enjoys a balance of social time and personal space.
