I have a downstairs double room available in a quiet house with myself and adult daughter (and cat!) and one other lodger. It’s a good size with a comfortable double bed, desk, drawers and large TV and sky box (that is logged into my streaming accounts for you to enjoy; Netflix, prime video, paramount, sky cinema and Apple TV). It also has a brand new en-suite with toilet, basin and mains shower. As it’s on its own floor it’s nice and quiet, and very private .
The rest of the house has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, patio, laundry, and storage areas.
The house is a 3 minute walk to town centre so very convenient. £650 and all bills are included.
I have a 9-5 job and work 5 days a week, I’m very down to earth and being in my 50s prefer to spend my evenings in front of TV! On Sundays I attend The Salvation Army Church.
So looking for someone who also enjoys the calm and quiet and has a Christian faith. Preferably for full time living, but a Monday - Friday arrangement can also be discussed. Long term or short term. Drop me a message with any questions! :)

I work as a care home manager in Bingley. I used to be a church pastor within The Salvation Army where I still worship. My daughter lives with me and I have a lodger who lives on second floor.
There is also Jeff, our gorgeous cat!
