The 3 double bed duplex flat has amazing transport connections and is just a stones throw from Battersea Park. Battersea Power Station tube is 10mins away and there are loads of easy accessible routes via Queenstown Road / Battersea Park train lines.
Tescos is literally downstairs and there is a big ASDA and Lidl at Clapham Junction just down the road / Waitrose & M&S by BPS if you prefer. There is free parking available, although not always guaranteed it's parking in Zone 1/2 so its a luxury!
The flats themselves are lovely and warm and there is ample space with 3 good sized doubles with huge built in wardrobes in each room. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers making sharing easy to manage. There is a kitchen lounge space for communal time together and you can even see the Power Station poking up in the distance.
The flat has a separate washing machine and dryer and the kitchen has a fridge, a freezer and the blessing of a dishwasher. Any questions please just ask! I have lived on the same estate in the block next door for over 10 years and I love it!
The flat is available immediately and I'm happy to show it at anytime! I'm open to a group rental / family / single renters who come together. I'm flexible on rental length and requirements, so happy to discuss. Service charge is included in the monthly rent and I can talk you through rough costs of other bills. Wandsworth has the cheapest council tax and the heating & hot water is also a fixed weekly price, so you should be able to gain a good understanding of cost before hand.
