Rental of Parkers’ House in Cartland Road
Details
Gray and Andrea Parker are looking for people interested in renting their house on Cartland Road. The house is a fully furnished 4 bedroomed house with 4 toilets/bathrooms and a large garden, but one bedroom is out of action for family reasons.
Their situation is as follows:
They are living in Madrid, Spain for 6 weeks, followed by 2 weeks in Birmingham on a regular cycle.
We are looking for people who don’t mind this arrangement and are also willing to look after a cat! Pickle just needs feeding once a day (dry food).
Cost
1 person £500 per month (willing to share with other tenant (or daughter) and G and A when back)
A couple £1000 per month (willing to share with G and A when back)
A family £1500 per month (exclusive use)
