Large attic room with balcony and en-suite shower room and toilet. Double bed, two seater sofa, desk with wi-fi, TV. Shared kitchen with dining facilities.
The house is in a great location on Magdalen Road, Iffley Road end. Twenty minute walk into City Centre or five minute #3 bus journey. Bus stop two minutes walk from house. Also ten minutes walk to Cowley Road.
Buzzing friendly community although the house inside is quiet. Amenities are very close by and include post office, cafes, three of the best gastric-pubs in Oxford, coffee roasteries, great small restaurants, and grocery shops.
This room is available on a single occupancy basis ie no sleep-overs
Easy going live-in landlord. Require a respectful adult with a mature attitude.
Longer term rentals preferred.
