More about the accommodation:
This is a small box room, with a new bed and mattress,and decoration. However the right person would have the run of the full house, especially when the owner is living abroad. There are 2 other people in the house at the moment, the owner (older female) and one other very quiet lodger. The house is on the bend of a small road, with a horse's field opposite and the entrance to a large park directly opposite the corner of the house, suitable for running, walking, picnics,Park run, route to Feltham etc. The house is a semi-detatched.
The owner partly lives here and partly abroad. There is a small garden in front and a slightly bigger one behind. Use of kitchen and bathroom facilities and living room when appropriate.
The most important factor is finding the right person, preferably a friendly, Christian person, to share the house. Some negotiation , eg. on monthly price, is possible for the right person.
3 good bus services are within 50-100 metres, and more within a 10 minute walk., These access overground Rail at Feltham for trains to Waterloo, Picadilly Line, and other places locally. The room is available immediately.

The owner partly lives here and partly abroad. There is one other very quiet female lodger. Both are English, but happy to share with other nationalities. We want a friendly household, so the right person to share the accommodation when the owner is present is the most important, someone friendly and ideally with an active Christian faith. both members of the household are active in churches and elsewhere. More details on visit. The house is normally quite quiet, except when the owner has the radio or TV on! Help with transport, getting to know the area, buying food anything else, available.
When the lodger is abroad (for several months at a time), or away, the household needs to be responsible for keeping the property in good, clean order. There are local informal managers who can make sure all is running smoothly, and can solve any problems needing dealing with. The owner can also be contacted via watts app and email!
