The house is in the peaceful neighbourhood of Grenoside, close to the countryside and with good transport links both into town and to the motorway. The property is recently renovated, with a large lounge / diner, spacious modern kitchen and loads of natural light. The bedroom is furnished and you would also have shared use of the home office if needed. You can also enjoy the garden which is really quiet and relaxing. There’s an extra parking space available on the driveway and if like me you cycle, there’s space in the garage to store your bike.

I’m a 46 year old female (people tend to think I’m younger) who loves the outdoors, so I’m often out hiking, running or wild swimming. I work for a local charity, am involved in worship at my church and sometimes host mid-week group. When at home I enjoy eating with friends, reading, making music and gardening. I enjoy living in community & my previous housemate has moved into her own place so I’m looking for another person to share my home with. Looking forward to meeting you, Rachel :)
