Terraced house in nice neighbourhood. Really spacious kitchen and bathroom. There is a shared lounge downstairs but as I work remotely I will require the space exclusively fairly often.

30 years old live in landlord in my home here in Liverpool that I’ve had since last summer.
I work and worship at The Salvation Army here in Liverpool. I work remotely in the house but also travel quite a lot of work.
Looking to rent out a room in the house. Looking for someone who will respect the space, enjoy the house and add to the Christian atmosphere of the house.
I am only able to offer 7 months accommodation as I am possibly moving in September 2026.
