Live-in Landlord
Three double rooms are available, one of which that includes an en-suite bathroom. The rent is £550 per calendar month, or £650 for the en-suite room, and the deposit is the same amount as a month's rent.
Pictured is the smallest of the rooms. Each room has a built in wardrobe. The rooms will be available from 8th March 2026.
All bills are included: Broadband, council tax, water, gas, and electricity but TV licence is not provided. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained with free on-street parking.
The house is conveniently located close to bus routes into the city centre and is just a 15-minute walk from Nottingham City Hospital. It also features a south-facing garden and a spacious living room with 2 sofas. The kitchen has crockery and utensils, a washing machine, a dishwasher, fridges and a dining table. There is also a downstairs WC.
The home is ideally suited to female professionals aged between 21 and 35. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept pets, children, or smokers.

I'm a devout Christian and have attended church all my life. Church and work keep me busy. But my past-times are cooking, watching Netflix and listening to jazz .
