The house is detached and situated in a quiet neighbourhood with good public transport links into Nottingham. The bedroom is downstairs overlooking the garden with patio doors opening onto the patio. There is access to shared bathroom upstairs. The kitchen has recently been refitted and a utility room created with washing machine. Lounge and office downstairs are for use by family only. The bedroom is large and has a study space, singe bed and sofa plus storage. The photo is an old photo as the room is currently occupied by boxes and awaiting redecoration but you get an idea of size and space within the room.
