This is a 4-bedroom house with 2 current tenants looking for a suitable 3rd person to join (three large bedrooms and one box room). One large bedroom is available, and we’re looking for one person to join two actively working Christians on a semi-permanent basis.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and conservatory, plus a small garden with decking and grass. There is a driveway with space for two cars, as well as additional on-street parking.
The available room is furnished with a bed, desk, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
We are both Christians who value community, but also appreciate personal space. We’re tidy, respectful, and mindful of shared living.

Kevin: I work part-time at a music/pop culture retailer's head office as a Customer Advisor, and I’m also a self-employed musician, spending the rest of my week working creatively. I’m an active member of City Church Coventry. At home, I’m tidy, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy community and good conversation, but also appreciate personal space and a peaceful, respectful environment. My main hobbies are music and film. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and I’m planning on staying in this house long term.
Isaac: I currently work part-time in a fast-food service. I go to City Church as my main church in the evenings, and sometimes head to St James, Styvechale, for mornings. I'm 27, soon to be 28. I am tidy, particularly in the shared spaces. I look at making where I live a home for everyone who visits or lives here. I enjoy watching shows/movies and play lots of games, both video and board/card. I don't smoke, no pets myself, but my girlfriend has 2 cats, so I may have fur on my clothes sometimes.
We enjoy the occasional shared meal as a house, while also respecting each other’s routines and cooking separately.
