More about the accommodation:
The area is quiet, minus the screaming children in the primary school and the street is notoriously known to be a super friendly one.
For travel, you can catch a bus from here to Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth Line or the DLR which roughly takes 20 mins and then you’re straight into London with another 20 mins. Abbey Wood Station and Plumstead are roughly 20-30 minutes walking distance too. The house is close to the A2, 20 mins to Blackwall Tunnel, 25 mins to Dartford Bridge & Bluewater and a sweet location to go to numerous spots in further parts of SE London. For any parking, there are spaces on the street right outside the house.
The room offered is a single bedroom, big enough for a double bed. As you can see from the photos there are a few bits of furniture I can allow you to use, if not these can be removed upon request. Upon request also, I will allow shelves to be put up.
I would prefer a hard-working professional to live in the space and someone who is Christian. I am a devoted Christian and would like to find a housemate who is respectful, clean and thoughtful to live with.
Bills included are: EDF Gas (roughly £20 each per month depending on season), EDF Electric (roughly £25 each per month), Thames Water (rates have recently increased), Council Tax Band C £75 per month, Community Fibre Broadband £15 per month.
If the total usage goes over the estimated amounts, proof will be provided and extra charges will have to be paid for.
Guest rules: No one can stay more than 2 nights per week otherwise they must speak to me about anyone who does wish to stay longer. NO COUPLES.

The house has a large living/dining space where I can allow a desk to be put in there or it can be used for other items you may posses. There is a large garden out back which I am looking to have done up as well as time goes on.
Parts of the house are newly renovated and there will be more DIY fixes going on here and there!
