More about the accommodation:

We are a family of two young girls (nearly 2 and 3.5 years old) and mum and dad.. The spare room is a large spacious double room with built-in wardrobe and additional wardrobe & writing desk with chair. There is a nice view from the room on offer across North Oxford. We have a lovely rear garden and full household amenities available. There is on street parking but you would need to get a parking permit, at an additional cost. We are right next to the John Radcliffe Hospital. We are 8-12 minutes walk from Headington shops. Bus connections are very good considering the John Radcliffe Hospital.
The room was renovated this year, so looks pretty good, and the carpet was new this year, after oyr last lodger was cleaned too.
Please consider that the house during the day might not bee very quiet, but the girls are very good in not going into the spare bedroon. They are cute friendly girls.
We are a christian family, attending Headington Baptist Church and other churches too - in the afternoon.

More about the household:

We love God and do want to seek him and serve Him. We want our girls to love Jesus too.
My husband works from home, has a little office in the house, quite well sound insulated. Occasionally is away, can be away for days or for a week.
I am a full time mum, Most AM's I am in and out with the girls, the older one is in the nursery until midday.
Most afternoons we might be at home, and some days we have friends coming over too.
Wednesday evening - every two weeks - we have a home group/ connect group in our house.

We are friendly.
