Hi I am a Christian looking for a Christian to share my flat as my current lodger is moving out after 2 years as she is relocating from London. You will be sharing the flat with just me.
The room is a spacious, bright double room in a peaceful, split level large 2 bed apartment 5 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube station in a private gated development. Bethnal Green tube is 1 tube stop (3 minutes) from Liverpool Street Station in the heart of the City.
The apartment is very large, being over 1200 sq ft. It has 2 large bathrooms which both have a bathtub, shower, w. c. and washbasin. There is a huge shared living room.
Bills aren't included and your share will come to around £140 (variable depending on the time of year).
The apartment has a covered bike rack in the spacious communal courtyard.
It is located a short walk from Shoreditch and the historic markets of Brick Lane and Colombia Road. There is plenty of local green space as Victoria Park and the beautiful Regents Park Canal are a short walk away.
