On the cheap side because the carpet needs replacing, which isn't going to happen until the summer now. Shared bathroom with another lodger on the first floor. Landlord has downstairs bedroom and generally doesn't come upstairs unless invited. Shared kitchen with all the usual gizmos.
Within a ten minute walk of the JR, and a 20 minute walk of the Nuffield and Churchill hospitals. Buses every twenty minutes or so to the city centre, or a fifteen minute cycle.
Landlord attends and is active in a local Anglican church, and a committed and active Christian is preferred.
