More about the accommodation:

Good-sized single bedroom in a bright 2-bed flat in a quiet close in Headington. Close to Nuffield and Churchill hospitals, and a few minutes walk from Headington shops and major bus stops.

The rent is £750, with around £77 for bills currently, and about £100 for Council Tax (so if you're a full-time student, total monthly expense would be around £827 instead).

The room has a single bed and in-built wardrobe, a desk and shelving, with extra storage space under the bed and in more in-built cupboards throughout the flat.
There is a nice shared lounge (with a projector to put Netflix nice and big on the wall), a kitchen with plenty cupboard space, half the fridge and freezer space, a washing machine, and a separate tumble dryer.

It is possible to get an on-street parking permit if needed. The flat is let and managed by a letting agency. The current contract runs until the end of October 2026, and can then be renewed.

My name is Rianne, I am Dutch-French and 35 years old. I just finished a psychology degree and I'm looking into maybe doing a PhD. I'm also trying to write my first novel (though I've been failing so far, haha).

I'm an introvert, and I have a lot of quiet hobbies like reading/writing, crochet/knitting/drawing/sewing, watching series/films/anime, playing PC video games, etc. I go out most days to study/write in cafes, or go volunteering (I volunteer with Friends International) or go to bible group. I have chronic pain and fatigue so there might be times where I stay in more. (I hope you don't mind the occasional singing that might happen when I do the washing up XD )

I'm vegan, but it's fine if you're not as long as you have good kitchen hygiene (we'd mostly be using separate kitchenware anyway).
