I am offering 2 rooms in a lovely welcoming 3-bed Townhouse in a sought-after area in close proximity to local amenities such as Aldi (6minutes walk) Costa! Gyms, local CoOp, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, Fish and Chips Shop, Kebab Shop. Our home is 2 minutes away from a basketball court and has many small and large parks in the area.
The Single room is £600 per month including all bills and CTax.
The Double room is £700 per month including all bills and CTax.
I am also asking for one month's rent in advance.
The house has a downstairs kitchen, WC, living room and a garden. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a then there is another double bedroom on the top floor. I am happy for you to use what’s in my kitchen as long as it is taken care of, washed and put back ready for the next person to use.

My name is Tess. I am the mum of the house but currently away with my husband. My daughter aged 25 is at home, so she is one of the occupants in our 3-bed home. We have been attending OBC since 2002 and are active members within our church community.
We don’t have favourites, we enjoy all cuisines.
