In a quiet residential area very well served with supermarkets and walks.

I am a committed member of my church for the past 20 yrs and work full time for a Christian charity.
This house is a smoke and pet free house.
I would expect the lodger to cook their own meals but I am happy for friends to come round as the house is big enough for each to have their own space if required.
