The House is a large shared property with the owners living on the lower two floors. The available bedroom is on the second floor and shares a small kitchen and bathroom.
The ground floor has a small lounge, large lounge and dining room which are also available for use by lodgers as needed. There is a large back garden and space on front drive for parking.

More about the household:
The Owners, who also live in the property, are a married couple who are semi retired. We have one other young female lodger renting a room and one of our parents also lives in an annexe within the property. We have a small dog who is 12 years of age and likes to sleep a lot.
We have always enjoyed having lodgers and visitors to the house and enjoy living as an extended family. In addition to having two lodgers, we often have family, friends and visitors to the church staying with us. The house is large enough to accommodate this, enabling lodgers to enjoy the company or keep their solitude, as they wish. We do love to have a house meal every so often when we all come together and we would hope that any lodger would wish to join in.
Both owners enjoy spending their time serving the church and creating a place of hospitality.
