A modern house in Meanwood, nicely decorated with a good size garden. Short walk to Meanwood shops. Bus into Leeds centre nearby. Not far to Meanwood park.
Current occupants are buying their own home, so expect to be out soon, though I can't yet give an exact availability date.
A male has now booked to take over one bedroom, so there is now a double bedroom still available, rent £600 per month, excluding bills.
