I've got a small double bedroom available in my two bedroom maisonette in Wealdstone. This is a budget friendly option, in Zone 5, five minutes from a rail/Tube station with very good connections: 11 minutes to Euston on LNWR, 30 mins on the Overground, Bakerloo to Paddington in 30 minutes and the Southern Rail connection to Clapham Junction.
It's a bit of a rough area but the flat is nice, with bedrooms on seperate levels. There is one shared bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen. I live in the upstairs bedroom and work very early morning shifts, so you may hear me leaving for work during the night. I'm a single male in my 50s and attend a RC church in Ruislip. Would prefer a Christian flatmate so we're on the same page when it comes to the big things.
I like my own space but am friendly and try to be generous. I'm trying to save money so would like to rent my spare room.
The flat has fast FTTP broadband, a washer (no dryer), a dishwasher and GSH. It is on a busy road, and there is a noisy vent that runs from the bathroom, through the spare bedroom and outside, so it's not the quietest room.
