No overcrowding - we are a couple, and our one spare room is what we’re advertising. You get half the fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space and use of all pots / pans / crockery etc.
Large double room renovated, double bed (with bedding) wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, desk & chair, tv, tv stand with storage.
Desk and chair, large television with Roko in room, apps include Netflix / Disney / Youtube etc.
You will have our driveway to park - off-road parking.
Weekly cleaning covered in shared spaces.
Tesco within easy reach by bus or car. Two corner shops within 5 mins walk.
Mansfield town accessible by bus/car in 10 mins. We have often walked to town (about 40 mins)
Kitchen is fully equipped all white goods including tumble dryer & dehumidifier.
Electric shower over bathtub
Dining room, while shared we try to leave free after dinner in the evenings should you want to spend time relaxing downstairs. We have a heater and fan to keep at a comfortable temperature. We have plans to move around the furniture to have an armchair and cosy corner in the conservatory too.

About us..
Hi we’re Herman & Lydia!
We are a professional couple blessed to have a large enough house to share with a lodger! We have a conservatory with dining table, large kitchen, shared crockery / pans etc. We like to try and have a meal together as a household once a month and spend some quality time for an evening. We’re usually pretty busy as have been our previous lodgers so it’s nice to make the time! We will be there to celebrate your birthday or pick you up after some bad news but we’ll give you your personal space too.
If we’re home we’ll have a chat with you while cooking up food, before we head off to relax. We quite often enjoy weekends away exploring the UK or visiting family.
We’re both working professionals with 9-5 jobs. We enjoy cooking different cuisines and discovering new foods! Recently pescatarian having been vegan for a few years. Open to having a lodger who wishes to cook meat (each of our previous lodgers have!). We’re friendly, approachable and always happy to meet new people!
We’re a non smoking household with no pets.
